Named for the Roman god of the sea, Neptune rules Pisces (February 19-March 20), the last and watery-sign of the zodiac. With Pisces' symbol of two shimmering fish swimming in opposite directions, Neptune's energies here show the impossibility of harnessing its energies for individual and personal needs alone.
